Chef-Christon Simple Potato Balls (Aaloo Chop) (Youtube Video)
Ingredients:
1. Boiled Potatos
2. Ginger
3. Garlic
4. Dhania (Coriander) Leaves
5. Vegetable Oil (For Deep Frying)
6. Salt To Taste
7. Gram Flour (Besan) batter for Dipping the potato balls before frying.
Spices (Masala) Needed:
1. Dhania (Coriander) Powder
2. Jeera (Cumin) Powder
3. Golki (Black Pepper) Powder
4. Haldi (Turmeric) Powder
5. Garam Masala
Method to make Chef-Christon Simple Potato Balls (Aaloo Chop) Stuffing:
Step 1:
Sauté Ginger-Garlic in 2-3 Teaspoon vegetable oil.
Step 2:
Mashed & Add the Boiled Potato into it.
Step 3:
Add the Spices (Masala) + Garam Masala
Step 4:
Add Fresh Chopped Dhania (Coriander) Leaves
Step 5:
Add Salt to Taste & Cook for about 5-8 Minutes in Low-Medium Heat
Step 6:
Make batter from Gram Flour (Besan) for Dipping the potato balls before frying.
Step 7:
Once The Masala (Potato Mixture) is Cooked, make balls from it.
Step 8:
Dip the potato balls in the Gram Flour (Besan) batter & Deep Fry it till its golden brown.
Your Delicious Chef-Christon Simple Potato Balls (Aaloo Chop) is Ready to be served.
Serve it with Fresh Onion Slices........!!!!
